Stay in control on the go – the new, free LIDL Connect app makes life easier for all customers. With the LIDL Connect app, you'll have complete cost control – you can find all the essential information about your plan, optionally add extras, or directly contact our customer service through the app.

LIDL Connect customers can check their balance at any time and top up as needed. With the convenience top-up feature, your balance can even be recharged automatically upon request – saving time for the finer things in life. If you find yourself saying: "My plan and I are no longer a good fit," you can adjust or switch your plan directly from the app.

Of course, data usage through the app is free of charge!

- Access details about your plan and relevant extras

Using the new app, you can also update your payment method or customer details at any time.

3. The service will be available to you immediately.

This app is exclusively designed for use in combination with a new "LIDL Connect" plan. Due to technical reasons, it is unfortunately not compatible with the previous product "LIDL mobile." In exceptional cases where the system may temporarily be unavailable due to technical disruptions, we cannot guarantee its availability.
